Scorpio New Moon

The New Moon in Scorpio culminates at 4:27am in the early hours of Monday, November 13th. The Sun and Moon are aligned with Mars, the representative of war, also courage and strength. Mars is the co-ruler of this Fixed Water sign, Scorpio, along with Pluto, otherwise known as ruler of the underworld. We have a choice… we can either choose to be courageous and work energetically in our partnerships to find creative avenues of co-operation, or, we can choose to hand on to old grudges and old hurts and go deeper into our dark places.

Here’s an opportunity to do something new, something that we haven’t tried yet, in order to restore safety and establish the security we seek.

Families and countries are being torn apart and it’s the children who suffer most.

What’s missing is the compassion of Neptune and the wisdom of Jupiter, and yet these two archetypal energies are faintly felt beneath the surface, yet often overlooked in the face of struggle, fear and hate. If we can combine the courage of this lunar phase with understanding and collaboration for the good of all by eliminating our fears, then perhaps we can rebuild powerful spiritual partnerships that form stronger unions benefitting all involved, instead of lop-sided special interest groups.
